What is the estimated delivery time?
We strive to deliver products purchased from Winbasket.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We generally procure and ship the items within 10 to 12 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. For Metro cities, Delhi & NCR the time is 24 to 48 business hours.
Can’t ship to my area, why?
At times we prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at the Logistic discretion.
How do I check the status of my order?

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Wherever possible Winbasket.com logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Winbasket.com, you can return the item through a third-party courier service.
